An unfortunate breakdown on I 10 put a damper on our extended RV trip. We were towed to Allen diesel and truck repair and Pecos Texas late Thursday after hours. They looked at the RV on Friday and quickly diagnosed the issue and got the part ordered and picked up late Friday evening. Even though they don’t work on Saturday, we got a call stating that they could have us on the road in a few hours. Thank you to Dennis Guzman for overseeing the repair and getting overtime approved and also a shout out to Victor for quickly completing the repair. Also a thank you for providing power to the RV so we didn’t lose all the freezer and fridge items. Service was above and beyond for sure and we highly recommend Allans Diesel if you’re in the area and in need.
They were very hospitable and knowledgeable. Straight to the point and cordial. Quick to fix my water pump on 2020 kenworth t680. Will recommend stopping by to anyone that needs work done.
Three different shops could not fix my truck had to have it towed off the side of the side
